OntarioPVPower installs and operates Solar Power Plants throughout Ontario under the microFIT program. All our installations meet or exceed the Ontario Power Authority's Ontario content requirements.
Our power plants are located on, commercial flat rooftops, producing power within metropolitan areas, where it is needed the most. We provide green energy for homes, schools, stores, businesses and factories within each city where our plants are installed. The electricity each OntarioPVPower plant produces, reduces carbon emissions by over 12,000 Kg per year, over a coal fired power plant. Additionally, our power plants produce the most electricity during summer months, when air conditioner usage drives up our electricity demand, helping Ontario Hydro meet our peak usage needs.
